Meet Martha

Martha, who lives in the south part of Ethiopia and is approximately 3 or 4 years old, sustained a severe hot water scald injury. Her fingertips were all necrotic and had to be amputated and part of the palm had to be skin grafted. Thanks to the wonderful work of Dr. Einar Eriksen and funding from the Entoto Foundation, this little burn victim was able to travel to Addis and get the surgery she needed. We look forward to hear how she is doing.
